The first hour.
You book a session. We spend an hour on your business — your situation, your goals, and what you've tried. At the end of it, you'll have a clear read on what we'd do, why, and whether we're the people to do it with. Paid. Useful. No obligation to continue.
The first hour is $250 + GST, credited to your project if we go ahead.
Scope & proposal.
If we're a fit, we send a fixed-scope proposal — what we'll do, what it costs, and how long it'll take. No estimate ranges with mysterious caveats. The numbers are real.
The work.
We build the thing. You see it in stages — early concepts, drafts, refinements. The senior team is on every conversation. You won't get a junior account manager forwarding emails to a designer.
After.
Most clients come back — or refer us to the next person they trust. We don't chase. We're slow on purpose, and the work compounds on its own.
